New York City’s Culture Pass can get you free admission to dozens of cultural institutions including museums, historical societies, heritage centers, public gardens and more, and it is available to all New Yorkers, who are 13 or older, with library cards from Brooklyn Public Library, New York Public Library and Queens Public Library. All you have to do to get access to 80+ experiences across all five boroughs is login with your library card credentials, and you can browse for passes by date or venue.

Some noteworthy places you can receive free admission to include the Brooklyn Museum, The Frick Collection, The Brooklyn Symphony Orchestra, Queens Botanical Garden, and many more. The Culture Pass also gives you access to plenty of programs and activities such as art workshops, storytimes, book talks, etc.

Each month the Culture Pass website rounds up its cultural highlights, from new exhibition openings to limited-run live performances.

If you don’t already have a free public library card in New York City, to qualify you must be a NY state resident, work for a NYC company, or go to school in NYC. If you meet these requirements you can start the process on your libraries website today.
