Vice President Harris has sworn in Bridget Brink as the US ambassador to Ukraine.
The swearing-in was fast. Ambassador Brink’s husband, Nicholas Higgins, held the Constitution and Bible during the ceremony. The Vice President posed for a photo with the new ambassador and her family present.
Reporters were cut off as they tried to ask questions about the Supreme Court and Ukraine. The Vice President and the ambassador left the room at roughly 6:23 pm.
