As voters head to the polls across the country, Speaker of the House Mike Johnson rallied support for Republican candidates Ryan Makenzie (PA-07) and Rob Bresnahan during an appearance on Fox and Friends at Superior Restaurant in Emmaus, Pennsylvania.
In the interview, Johnson underscored the critical importance of voter turnout, urging every American to make their voices heard. Expressing optimism about the election results, the Speaker offered his predictions regarding Trump’s performance.
“My gut tells me that we are going to outperform the polls,” Johnson said, acknowledging that many forecasts indicate a close race. “Everybody says it’s a coin toss. If that’s true, Trump always outperforms the polls. I believe it, but I want to say every single vote counts, especially in the swing states. Take nothing for granted. We need every single vote today.”
Johnson will watch the result at his home in his hometown of Shreveport, Louisiana.

Everyone was terribly polite. Careful not to offend anyone…
