The Senate will convene at 10:30 a.m.

Following any Leader remarks, it will resume consideration of the motion to proceed to H.R.3684, the legislative vehicle for the bipartisan infrastructure framework.

At 11:30 a.m., the Senate will proceed to two roll call votes:

• Motion to proceed to H.R.3684.
• cloture on the nomination of Ur Mendoza Jaddou to be Director of the United States Citizenship and Immigration Services.

If cloture is invoked on the Jaddou nomination, there will be up to 2 hours of debate, followed by a vote on confirmation of the Jaddou nomination.
