“A very interesting time in our Country, but do not worry, we will be great again—and we will all do it together,” Trump said in his Thanksgiving message to Americans.
“America will never fail, and we will never allow it to go in the wrong direction. Too many generations of greatness are counting on us,” Trump added. “Enjoy your Thanksgiving knowing that a wonderful future lies ahead!”
In a message to his supporters Trump wished them a happy Thanksgiving and talked about a “record high inflation” and soaring price of Thanksgiving meal.
“The price of your Thanksgiving meal has gone up 14%. Despicable,” said Price although the White House said that the price increased only 5%.
President Biden and the First Lady Jill Biden also released their video message today wishing Americans happy Thanksgiving.
“Happy Thanksgiving everyone. This is always a special time in America, but this year, the blessings of Thanksgiving are especially meaningful,” said Biden.
Earlier this morning, President Biden and the First Lady called Al Roker while watching the Macy’s Thanksgiving Day Parade from Nantucket.
On Friday, Jill and Joe Biden will be going to the Christmas tree lighting ceremony in Nantucket.
The Bidens are spending Thanksgiving at the home of David Rubenstein, co-founder of Carlyle and will return to Washington D.C. on Sunday, November 28, 2021.
