The motorcade pulled into the University of Wisconsin-La Crosse at 3:13 p.m. CT. A few onlookers made their presence known with obscene gestures, while others opted to film the arrival. Among them, one held a Harris-Walz lawn sign, while another waved a placard reading “No ceasefire? No vote” near the campus entrance.

By 3:18 p.m., the White House press corps were escorted into the event space, where Mark Cuban had already taken the stage at a campaign rally. A large blue banner behind him proclaimed, “A New Way Forward for La Crosse,” while a smaller sign urged, “Wisconsin Votes Early.”

Cuban spoke about Harris’ economic policies, saying that Trump’s tariffs on Chinese goods would drive up Christmas shopping costs, and slammed him as “the Grinch who wants to steal your Christmas.” Cuban hailed Vice President Kamala Harris as the candidate with a vision for small businesses and entrepreneurship.

“There is one candidate who has an amazing program for small businesses,” Cuban said. “There is one candidate who is trying to help every single entrepreneur make their American dream come true.”

The billionaire entrepreneur closed with the crowd-pleasing, “Is Kamala Harris going to be the next president of the United States of America?” to which he asked for multiple “hell yeses.”
