Air Serbia’s Sweet Dilemmas campaign is inviting travellers to follow their dreams this summer and choose where to go next.
Launched on 4 May, the campaign appears across billboards and illuminated displays at selected locations in Belgrade, as well as on digital platforms and social media. With a warm, sensory-led concept, Air Serbia turns travel planning into something deliciously personal, encouraging passengers to discover their next destination through the universal language of pleasure: taste.

Titled “Sweet Dilemmas – Where to Fly?”, the campaign presents an enticing menu of destinations and experiences, from creamy bites in Bologna and royal sweets in Krakow to the refreshing flavours of Naples. It positions Air Serbia not only as a carrier, but as a gateway to cities shaped by culture, atmosphere, cuisine, and individual travel styles.
“The aim of the campaign is to remind passengers of our diverse offerings in an engaging and memorable way and to inspire them to explore some of our many destinations, starting with the introduction of cities such as Bologna, Hamburg, Krakow, Naples, Nuremberg, Porto, Salzburg, Geneva, Alghero, Palermo, and Catania,” said Bojana Knežević, Head of Marketing and Guest Experience at Air Serbia.
Air Serbia currently operates flights to more than 100 cities, with its network further expanded this year through the introduction of new routes including Santorini, Baku, Toronto, Alicante, Seville, Tenerife, Tromsø, Brač, and Munich.
As part of its continued focus on enhancing the passenger experience, Air Serbia has recently introduced a new addition to its complimentary service on shorter flights of up to two and a half hours. Alongside the much-loved Plazma biscuits, passengers will now be offered another onboard treat: Trik salted pretzel sticks.
“The famous and beloved Trik salted pretzel sticks are becoming part of the passenger experience on Air Serbia flights, intending to make every journey even more pleasant. We believe that small gestures can make a big difference, which is why we wanted to offer passengers more choice within the complimentary service. The recognisable taste of Trik sticks now comes in unique, specially designed packaging featuring the symbols of the national airline, available exclusively on Air Serbia flights,” said Bojana Knežević, Head of Marketing and Guest Experience at Air Serbia.
The “Sweet Dilemmas – Where to Fly?” campaign invites passengers to choose a destination that suits their own taste, whether that means a coastal escape, a city rich in history, or a table waiting somewhere new. Tickets are available at www.airserbia.com.
