NYC Ferry is set to kick off its Spring schedule starting Saturday, March 30, with several notable updates aimed at enhancing commuter convenience and accessibility.

One of the key changes includes the reinstatement of service to Governors Island on both weekdays and weekends. Additionally, early-morning weekend service between Red Hook and Pier will be provided when cruise ships are docked at the Brooklyn Cruise Terminal on April 7, 28, and May 4, 5, 12, and 19, running from 7:30 am to 9:00 am.

To ensure more dependable service during peak times, departure times on the Astoria and South Brooklyn routes have been adjusted.

NYC Ferry offers two types of tickets for purchase: the Single-Ride ticket priced at $4.00 and the 10-Trip Pass available for $27.50. For eligible customers, including seniors, individuals with disabilities, and participants in the Faire Fares NYC program, a discounted ticket price of $1.35 is applicable.

Each ticket allows for a complimentary transfer to another route within 120 minutes of activation and remains valid for 90 days post-purchase. Tickets can be conveniently acquired via the NYC Ferry App or at Ticket Vending Machines stationed at NYC Ferry landings.
