In-person activities have become increasingly relevant, the Democrats who, so far, mostly focused on online activities are starting to realize. Too late or just in time?

With the election four days away, both campaigns are gearing up their activities with Biden going to three states today. He will hold drive-in rallies in Des Moines, Iowa, and St. Paul, Minnesota. In the evening, Biden will campaign in Milwaukee, Wisconsin.

If you ask the Trump campaign, they believe that “The American people cannot afford four years of Joe Biden’s agenda- they have already suffered through 47 years of his failure.” To that point, they have released a short video:

President Trump will be busy, too, visiting Waterford Township, MI, Green Bay, WI, and Rochester, MN.

Alyssa Farah said today that Trump’s closing message will be on the economy, pitching himself as the best person to rebuild the post-pandemic economy.  One of the prominent leaders of Brexit, Member of the UK Parliament, Andrew Bridgen said in his column for The Pavlovic Today that a Biden win would diminish the prospects of the UK-US trade deal.

As we get closer to Election Day, Walmart is removing the weapons from their shelves, amid concerns of civil unrest. Trump said that his plans for Election Night are not settled yet and that he will most likely stay in the White House, lamenting over not being able to use the Trump hotel, although it’s unclear why.

He said that D.C. is shut down, but there is no official statement, so far, from Mayor Bowser.

D.C. is open at the moment with 50% working capacity.  President Trump also complained today about the cap on crowds in Minnesota, which is forcing him to let only 250 people into his rally.
