The Senate adjourned at 9:30 a.m. and will reconvene on Thursday, Sept. 23. They will resume consideration of the nomination of Florence Pan to be US District Judge for DC. with a vote on the nomination to occur at 10:00 a.m. Additional votes on executive nominations are expected throughout the day and into the evening.
