President Trump issues an ultimatum to Congress to amend the stimulus legislation.

President Trump posted to his Twitter account, pre-recorded, 4-minute video asking Congress to amend the stimulus legislation and send him a suitable bill, or else. President is asking for an increase in “ridiculously low” direct payments, specifically, he is asking Congress to send people $2000 or $4000 for a couple. He is also asking Congress to “immediately get rid of unnecessary items from this legislation” specifically the foreign aid, the full list he went through for the larger part of his video statement.

President Trump finalized his terms and conditions to approve this “relief bill” by telling Congress to send him a suitable bill or else, the next administration will have to deliver a COVID-relief package. “And maybe that administration will be me”, President Trump said reiterating his position not to concede to Joe Biden as the President-elect of the United States.
