Former President Donald Trump has raised questions about President Joe Biden’s ability to actively participate in the 2024 re-election campaign. According to Trump, Biden “can’t put two sentences together, can’t speak, can’t walk, can’t talk.” He also remarked that Biden is “worse mentally than he is physically – and physically he’s not exactly a triathlete.”
In addition, Trump commented, “You’re waiting for him to collapse and he almost always does.”
These statements were made by the former president during a 46-minute interview with Tucker Carlson, which was published on platform X, previously recognized as Twitter.

The timing of Trump’s interview coincided with the inaugural Republican presidential debate in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, an event the former president declined to participate in. Trump justified his absence by pointing to his commanding lead in opinion polls within the race for the Republican Party’s nomination.
“You see the polls that have come out and I’m leading by 50 and 60 points and some of them are at one and zero and two. And I’m saying, do I sit there for an hour or two hours or whatever it’s going to be and get harassed by people who shouldn’t even be running for president?” he stated.
Despite being the frontrunner for the Republican nomination, Trump is currently facing four distinct sets of criminal charges. This includes the surrender of his former personal lawyer, Rudy Giuliani, to authorities in Georgia, where Giuliani faces allegations of attempting to overturn the results of the 2020 election.
During his conversation with Tucker Carlson, Trump asserted that “the left” is actively working against him, stating, “They’re savage animals. They are people that are sick, really sick.”
