The Kremlin has posted a readout of a call between Russian President Vladimir Putin and President Trump.

Assuming that 18:55 refers to Moscow time, that corresponds with 10:45 am ET. Pool has asked the WH for confirmation of this call and any readout from the US side, along with the usual request for other information about POTUS’s activities today. 

At the initiative of the Russian side, Vladimir Putin had a telephone conversation with President of the United States of America Donald Trump.

Vladimir Putin thanked Donald Trump for the information transmitted through the special services that helped prevent the commission of terrorist acts in Russia.
