The Conference of the Serbian Diaspora is set to convene on October 21, 2023 in Washington, DC. The event aims to shed light on the ongoing situation in Kosovo calling for immediate attention and action.
The Serbian Embassy in the United States issued a statement emphasizing the critical nature of the human rights violations being perpetrated against Serbs in Kosovo.
“Our sincere desire is to send a distinct message from Serbian-Americans to the American public, emphasizing the continuing human rights violations against Serbs in Kosovo and Metohija committed against Serbs in Kosovo as a crucial matter that requires immediate attention and action,” the Serbian Embassy in the US said in the statement.
The conference is expected to bring together members of the Serbian diaspora, activists, and experts who will discuss the situation in Kosovo and explore potential solutions to address the ongoing human rights concerns.
