Serbian President Aleksandar Vucic arrived at the White House for Serbia-Kosovo talks scheduled for 10 AM ET at the White House. Before entering the White House, President Vucic said that he’s aware of the “arrogant statements” made by the Albanian officials from Kosovo and Metohija talking about the Serbian recognition of Kosovo but that “surrender is no option”.

President Vucic reiterated Serbia’s call for peace and commitment to achieve a compromise regarding all vital economic interests.

Earlier this morning, Grenell called both sides to put politics aside and use this opportunity for a dialog to create a vibrant economy that will connect the region to the West.

The talks are still ongoing.
