BELFAST, IRELAND—President Biden met with UK Prime Minister Rishi Sunak in a conference room on the 23rd floor at 11:21 am local time. The two leaders sat next to each other at a table with cups and saucers in front of them, although it is unclear whether they were drinking tea or coffee.

Biden admired the view from the windows and responded to a shouted question about what he was going to say to the Northern Ireland political parties by saying, “I’m going to listen.”

Biden did not respond to further shouted questions about trade and Pentagon document leaks. Prime Minister Sunak did not make any comments during the meeting.
