In a phone call on Monday, President Joe Biden emphasized the strong bond between the United States and the United Kingdom in his conversation with King Charles III.
Biden congratulated the King on his upcoming coronation and said that First Lady Jill Biden would attend the ceremony on behalf of the United States.
The two leaders also discussed pressing issues and conveyed their interest in future meetings to sustain their nations’ mutual collaboration.
