Across the pond, in the UK, Zelenskyy is expected to address Members of Parliament through a video chat later today. PM Boris Johnson will be hosting a meeting today with Poland, Hungary, Slovakia and the Czech Republic, also known as the Visegrad Group.

North Korea has begun working again at a nuclear missile site.

Ukraine civilians could not leave through safe corridors yesterday, and Russia has been accused of targeting evacuation corridors in Ukraine. Russia’s offer to let people flee into Russia and/or Belarus has been rejected by Ukraine. This morning, the first stage of evacuations from Sumy and Irpin have begun.

According to the EU estimate, the number of people who have fled Ukraine thus far has reached 2 million.
