Good Morning DC Community!
As 2021 wraps up just in time for a holiday season, we will all be celebrating with family and friends. I would like to thank you for taking a moment away from these special times to read up on this exciting announcement. Good Morning DC is launching again on Monday, January 4th. There’s a lot you can expect from us in the New Year.
Nonpartisan, center-lane journalism determined by only the facts and informed perspectives, without tinting the news from an ideological angle, is something I deeply believe in. After half a decade in the White House Press Corps, I am certain that fundamental change throughout this industry is necessary.
It’s time to restore public trust in journalism and to return to the basics of the journalistic purpose, which is to serve the readers– not to write for the approval of political parties and other journalists.
Over this past year, we’ve had steady groundbreaking coverage at The Pavlovic Today. Our range of topics has been anything but narrow: We opened the year with Good Morning DC scoop on Mike Pence during the events of January 6 and the GOP Conference leadership challenge. Throughout the year, we brought you interesting perspectives on the world. We saw the political realm through the eyes of the Boston Celtics NBA Player Enes Kanter Freedom; Kevin O’Leary shared his wisdom on investing; and an exclusive interview with the Special Presidential Envoy for Serbia-Kosovo Peace Talks Richard Grenell took us behind the scenes of the economic normalization agreement.
We have been at the forefront of a revolution in decentralized finance at SALT NY and executed a series of interviews with the most prominent crypto players in the US. Our interview with crypto billionaire and CEO of FTX, Sam Bankman-Fried, after the historic House Committee on Financial Services hearing stipulated the message of bipartisanship around digital assets. Solana’s CEO Anatoly Yakovenko talked about the future of blockchain, and Anthony Scaramucci discussed Sweet Life with Bitcoin.
With all of the aforementioned insight and more, 2022’s Good Morning DC will be concise and informative.
We are relaunching Good Morning DC in order to better serve the diverse members of our community. Moving forward, the highlights from each day will be brought to you in a consistent format. GMDC will be focused on The White House, issues related to Foreign Affairs, and the growing field of decentralized finance and cryptocurrency – Digital Assets.
Good Morning DC is dedicated to community-centric journalism that meets each member of our community’s information needs. Our audience is composed of members of Congress, UK Parliament officials, The Diplomatic Corps, and it doesn’t stop there. Good Morning DC members are also leaders in business and entrepreneurs. They are students and young professionals, and they all have one characteristic in common – All are people in need of receiving unfiltered information without any sort of spin.
A better-informed news coverage starts here.
We seek to honor the time you spend catching up on the latest in the news. We will not pad your daily dish to reach an established word count. The content delivered to you each morning will be focused on quality, not quantity, and we will not waste your time.
In an era of journalism centered around saturating the digital space and earning clicks, we believe this philosophy will be a refreshing improvement to your media consumption.
Please help us spread the word and expand our Good Morning DC by referring your friend to sign up here.
Good Morning DC is wishing you a happy and prosperous holiday season and Happy New Year!
In the meantime, enjoy some of our best coverage.
