The Senate will convene at 3:00 p.m. and will resume consideration of Exec. Cal. #261, Christine P. O’Hearn, NJ, to be U.S. District Judge for the District of New Jersey.
At 5:30 p.m. there will be a vote on confirmation of Exec. Cal. #259, Gustavo Gelpi, PR, to be U.S. Circuit Judge for the First Circuit.
On Tuesday, October 19 at 11:30 a.m. the vote on the O’Hearn nomination will take place.
