DC Circuit orders Judge Sullivan to dismiss Michael Flynn’s case.

DC Circuit Court of Appeals has ordered the dismissal of the criminal case against General Flynn.

Flynn pleaded guilty to lying the FBI agents but the U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals for the District of Columbia states in a 2-1 ruling that the Justice Department’s decision to abandon the case against Flynn settles the matter.

Despite the order to end to the case against Michael Flynn, Judge Emmet Sullivan had declined to dismiss the case immediately.

The ruling represents a long-fought win for General Flynn and President Trump has already tweeted his satisfaction with the ruling.
