President-elect Joe Biden is at St Joseph on the Brandywine Church in Delaware.
At 4 PM ET Biden’s motorcade arrived at St Joseph on the Brandywine. President-Elect walked without through the churchyard and through the main door without addressing reporters.
He was not wearing the boot on his injured right foot.

President-elect Biden emerged from St Joseph on the Brandywine into the evening gloom at 16:53, holding some sort of newspaper or papers. He stopped and chatted with what looked to be other members of the congregation (all masked) for a couple of minutes before walking gingerly through the churchyard back to the motorcade.
