The essence of the season came alive through the Dunav Insurance New Year’s caravan, a spectacle that unfolded as 4,150 gift packages found their way to children across Serbia before Christmas.
The inaugural stop of this festive odyssey was at the Tiršova University Children’s Clinic. Here, Santa Claus, graciously sponsored by Dunav Insurance, brought joy to 70 hospitalized boys and girls.
Siniša Dučić, the director of the Tiršova Children’s Hospital, expressed heartfelt gratitude, noting that this tradition of spreading joy has endured for over a decade. Beyond the gift packages, Dunav Insurance actively engages in fundraising campaigns for children’s treatment, earning praise and appreciation.
Dunav Insurance Company’s commitment to socially responsible business practices was further exemplified in this campaign, serving as a poignant conclusion to the year. As 2024 unfolds, the company aims to ensure that even the youngest members of society feel the season’s warmth, especially those in need.

The generosity extended beyond gift packages. Dunav Insurance orchestrated an unforgettable holiday experience for the children and their parents, offering them a family outing and a complimentary ride on the Magical Dunav Carousel at the Winter Fairytale event in Savski Park.
In the words of Marta Mitrović, representing the delighted girls at the enchanting gathering, “Winter Fairytale is very beautiful, and I really like being here.” Her invitation echoed, urging everyone to partake in the joy offered by Dunav Insurance.
The boys were equally effusive in sharing their experiences. Aleksa Sretić expressed his delight, recounting the fun-filled day at the Winter Fairytale event. He hoped for a repeat in the coming years, underscoring the positive impact of Dunav Insurance’s initiatives.
„I had a great time today. We rode the carousel, which I loved, and Santa Claus gave me a gift. It was so much fun! I hope Dunav Insurance organizes something like this again next year”, Aleksa Sretić shared his wishes.
