Bulgarian PM Borisov arrives at the White House for a state visit.
The pool spotted Trump, Pompeo, and a third person walking out from the West Wing along the colonnade at about 2:20pm. We are some distance away and couldn’t make out the third person.
Trump emerged from the resident at 2:23 pm. Prime Minister Borisov’s car drove up that same minute and moved on. The pair stood out front briefly and waved at the press before going back inside at about 2:24 pm. We just ran to the Rose Garden and are now set up there.
We have been told by staff that we are going into the Oval Office next.
