Israrullah Khan is from Gulistan, a small village in the district of Killa Abdullah province Balochistan and country Pakistan. Gulistan abuts the border of Afghanistan. In his senior year, Israrullah Khan was selected for Kennedy Lugar youth scholarship and spend one year in the US. Currently, Israrullah Khan is studying for an LLB honors from the University of Aberdeen Scotland. He is interested in contemporary politics and human rights law.
