The White House passes along the following information about the “Salute to the Heroes” event that the president is speaking at later today.
Today, the White House will host ICE officers, CBP agents, law enforcement officials, Members of Congress, and state and local elected officials for a panel discussion on the life-saving and law enforcement missions of our nation’s CBP agents and ICE officers. Following the panel discussion, President Trump will deliver remarks honoring these brave individuals who are doing tremendous work every day to protect American communities by saving families from smugglers, drug cartels, and transnational criminal organizations.
