Air Serbia is set to launch a direct service between Belgrade and Mostar on April 15, 2024. The flight will go to the Bosnian and Herzegovinian city three times a week, on Mondays, Fridays, and Sundays. The Embraer 175 aircraft will have a duration time of 50 minutes to reach its destination. Tickets are now available for purchase, and economy class starts at 56 euros for a one-way flight and 104 euros for a round-trip flight.
“The direct air route between Belgrade and Mostar was first introduced just over six decades ago, in 1962. After a 30-year hiatus, thanks to the agreement we signed today, we will once again be flying to that city in Bosnia and Herzegovina,” said Jiri Marek, CEO of Air Serbia.
“We are confident that this route will be beneficial to passengers and have a positive impact on economic and industrial growth, facilitating cultural exchange, and contributing to even better cooperation in the Western Balkans.”
Air Serbia’s new direct service flight will provide good connectivity from Mostar, via Belgrade, to Paris, Düsseldorf, Zurich, Amsterdam, Oslo, Barcelona, Copenhagen, Larnaca, Stockholm, Prague, Milan, Rome, Frankfurt, Istanbul, Venice, Bologna, Bucharest, Krakow, Vienna, Budapest, Hanover, Stuttgart, Hamburg, Nuremberg, Brussels, Lyon, and many other cities in the Serbian national airline’s network.
“By adding Mostar to our network, we will be flying to a total of 17 cities in the former Yugoslavia, thus connecting the region, via Belgrade, to destinations across Europe, North America, and Asia offered by Air Serbia,” said Marek.
