Kamala Harris is poised to make her first public address since the launch of her presidential campaign, coming on the heels of Joe Biden’s announcement yesterday that he will not seek re-election.
The vice president is slated to speak at 11:30 AM ET on the White House south lawn, where she will participate in an event celebrating the NCAA championship teams. At 3:10 PM ET, Harris will travel to Wilmington, Delaware for a campaign engagement.
