President Donald Trump will host Rwandan President Paul Kagame and Congolese President Félix Tshisekedi at the White House today. After a closed-press trilateral meeting, the three leaders will go to the newly renamed Donald J. Trump Institute of Peace to sign an agreement aimed at easing tensions and reducing violence in eastern Congo.

A signing of a peace agreement between Rwanda and the Democratic Republic of Congo that President Trump says has ended decades of fighting.

This evening, Trump and the First Lady will take part in the National Christmas Tree Lighting on the Ellipse in Washington, D.C.
