Air Serbia is accelerating the expansion of its destination network in 2026, announcing six new direct routes that will connect Belgrade with major hubs of tourism, business, and adventure across Europe, North America, and beyond. The summer season will introduce three new routes designed to appeal to both leisure and business travellers.

From 30 April, passengers will be able to fly directly to Santorini, one of Greece’s most iconic islands. Known for its whitewashed architecture, volcanic landscape, and turquoise waters, Santorini continues to attract a growing number of visitors from across the globe.

On 3 May, Air Serbia will launch direct service to Baku, expanding its presence in the Caucasus region. The route is expected to strengthen cultural, tourism, and business ties between Serbia and Azerbaijan.

The airline’s long-haul expansion will continue with the introduction of direct flights to Toronto starting 23 May 2026. This route significantly enhances Air Serbia’s North American network and is expected to serve both business and leisure demand, while holding particular importance for the Serbian diaspora in Canada’s largest city.

Winter 2026: Sun, Heritage, and Arctic Adventure

For the winter season, Air Serbia will add three destinations that combine warm-weather escapes, cultural heritage, and unique northern experiences.

Direct flights to Seville will commence on 30 September 2026, connecting Belgrade with the cultural and administrative centre of Spain’s Andalusia region. Rich in history and architecture, Seville is positioned as an attractive option for travellers seeking both sightseeing and access to southern Spain’s popular coastal resorts.

From 27 October, passengers will be able to fly directly to Tenerife, the largest of the Canary Islands. Renowned for its mild climate and high number of sunny days, Tenerife is particularly well suited for family travel and longer winter holidays combining relaxation and active leisure.

The winter schedule will conclude with the launch of flights to Tromso on 14 December. Often described as the gateway to the Arctic, Tromsø offers travellers access to experiences beyond standard itineraries, including northern lights observation, the midnight sun, whale-watching cruises, and Arctic outdoor activities.

With six new direct routes spanning three continents, Air Serbia enters 2026 positioned for continued growth in both regional and long-haul markets.
