President Trump said Monday that he underwent an MRI scan during a recent visit to Walter Reed National Military Medical Center, offering his first public explanation for the second medical exam he has taken this year.
“I did. I got an MRI. It was perfect,” Trump told reporters traveling with him aboard Air Force One.
“I gave you the full results. We had an MRI, and the machine, you know, the whole thing, and it was perfect,” Trump said.
He did not want to specify the reason behind the MRI but said, “You can ask the doctors.”
