The son of the President reiterated his desire to testify but insisted it should be done in an open setting, not behind closed doors.

President Biden has no other items on his agenda apart from the daily presidential briefing.
2024 ELECTION
In an intense exchange during the CNN Republican debate last night Ron DeSantis and Nikki Haley found themselves in a heated confrontation, exchanging insults without hesitation. Despite Haley positioning herself as a departure from the “chaos” often associated with Trump, she became embroiled in chaos herself.
Ahead of his exit from the race, Chris Christie had some thoughts about Nikki Haley that he inadvertently shared while unaware that he was on a hot mic.
“She’s gonna get smoked,” he said. “And you and I both know it — she’s not up to this.”
Former President Trump had his very own media event on FOX Town Hall rolling at the same time with CNN debate. Trump emphasized that he has no intentions of becoming a dictator, contrary to popular belief.
“I am not going to be a dictator,” he said.
In his signature style, he teased the American public by asserting that he already knows who his vice-presidential pick will be.
“I’m not going to have time for retribution,” Trump conveyed another message to the American public, emphasizing that “success” is the best revenge.

GLOBAL AFFAIRS
Secretary of State Blinken disclosed that during his ongoing foreign trip, he achieved significant progress. He secured an agreement from Israel for the United Nations to dispatch an assessment team to the northern region of Gaza. The team will evaluate the conditions necessary to facilitate the return of residents to the area. Additionally, Blinken announced a commitment from the Palestinian Authority to actively pursue “meaningful” reforms.
Blinken had a meeting with President El Sisi today in Cairo. The conversation revolved around Egypt’s partnership in assisting the delivery of humanitarian assistance to Palestinians in Gaza. They also discussed the efforts to release all remaining hostages.
US Ambassador to Serbia, Christopher Hill, discussed the Biden administration’s decision to accept Pristina’s request to purchase “Javelin” anti-tank missiles during a meeting with Serbian President Vučić in Belgrade.
President Vučić expressed that this political development is a “great disappointment” for Serbia but emphasized mutual commitment to ongoing collaboration in nurturing bilateral relations between Serbia and the US.
“For us, it is of the utmost importance that peace in the region is not disturbed. Serbia will continue to behave responsibly and contribute to stability in the Balkans,” stated President Vučić.
