All eyes are on Trump this morning as the former President is in Washington, D.C., appearing before the DC Circuit Court of Appeals to await a decision on whether the judges will rule him immune from prosecution.

A three-judge panel will determine whether the federal charges, brought against him by special counsel Jack Smith, should be dismissed based on Trump’s claims of immunity.

Whatever is the ruling today, the question of Trump’s immunity will be ultimately resolved by the Supreme Court,
