Today, the Senate will convene at 10:30am.

Following Leader remarks, the Senate will proceed to Executive Session and resume consideration of the nomination of Gwynne A. Wilcox to be a Member of the National Labor Relations Board.

At 11:30am, the Senate will proceed to a roll call vote on the motion to invoke cloture on the Wilcox nomination.

If cloture is invoked on the Wilcox nomination, there will be up to two hours of debate, and then the Senate will proceed to two roll call votes relative to the following:

  • Confirmation of the nomination of Gwynne A. Wilcox to be a Member of the National Labor Relations Board.
  • Motion to invoke cloture on the nomination of David M. Prouty to be a Member of the National Labor Relations Board.

If cloture is invoked on the Prouty nomination, there will be up to two hours of debate, and then the Senate will proceed to a roll call vote on confirmation of the Prouty nomination.
