Novak Djokovic hearing at the Federal Court of Australia is slated for 9:30 am AEDT Sunday, January 16, 2022 ( Saturday night 23:30 in Europe, 22:30 in the UK). Novak Djokovic and his lawyers will appear before Chief Justice Allsop, Justice Besanko and Justice O’Callaghan.

Today’s hearing will decide if he can defend his Australian Open title or must leave the country. The tennis world champion has been declared a “threat to public” by the Australian government.

At the moment, Novak Djokovic is back in immigration detention ahead of today’s final hearing.
