The Senate will convene at 10:30 a.m.

Following any Leader remarks, it will resume consideration of H.R.3684, the legislative vehicle for the Infrastructure Investment and Jobs Act.

At approximately 11:45 a.m., the Senate will proceed to a roll call vote on the Lummis-Kelly amendment to require the Secretary of Transportation to carry out a highway cost allocation study. (2181) This vote is subject to an affirmative 60-vote threshold.

Additional roll call votes on amendments to H.R.3684 are expected today.
