President Trump will be motorcading to Joint Base Andrews – due to bad weather in the Washington area – as he leaves for his final three campaign rallies. It has been raining, heavily at times, most of the morning. The White House expects a 12:25 p.m. motorcade departure.
President Trump, wearing a dark suit and dark overcoat, boarded his black SUV at 1:01 p.m. via the Oval Office. The motorcade was rolling one minute later.
White House advisers Ivanka Trump, Jared Kushner and Stephen Miller were all spotted boarding the motorcade. Next stop: Joint Base Andrews.
