Stormy Daniels lost the case against Trump, the 9th Circuit made the final ruling on the matter. Daniels will have to pay Trump’s attorney costs, sanctions, and fees, which will amount to approximately $300,000.
Now, maybe that is not the story of the day, but it is definitely something of a lighter tone to get you started this Tuesday morning, whereas every other day for the past few weeks has solely focused on the war zone in Ukraine.

THE WHITE HOUSE
Yesterday, the call with President Biden and the leaders of the UK, France, Germany, and Italy, ran from 11:14 am ET to 12:12 pm ET. The leaders discussed providing security assistance to Ukraine and humanitarian assistance to the millions of Ukrainians who have fled the violence. There have been some talks about diplomatic efforts in support of Ukraine’s effort to reach a ceasefire.
Wearing a navy suit and blue tie, Biden spoke at the Business Roundtable Quarterly Meeting yesterday. There’s “going to be a new world order out there, and we’ve got to lead it,” said Biden.
Biden’s schedule appears light today. Other than the Presidential morning briefing at the White House, Biden does not have anything else set for today.

The UK is enforcing a new compliance regulation for crypto advertisements. Anyone promoting crypto needs to clearly state that crypto is unregulated in the UK and that “value of investments are variable and can go down.”

House Foreign Affairs Committee Lead Republican Michael McCaul has released the following statement on President Biden’s call with CCP General Secretary Xi Jinping which occurred last Friday, March 18.
“The Chinese Communist Party has proven it is not willing or capable of acting as a constructive party in Russia’s unprovoked attack on Ukraine. Rather, they are complicit – releasing a joint statement with Putin that cast NATO as an aggressor; reportedly coordinating the invasion’s timing with Moscow; echoing Russian propaganda and disinformation that Russia is using to conduct brutal attacks on innocent Ukrainian civilians; and scaling up support to the Russian economy. Empty talks will not stop the CCP’s malign actions. The United States must unleash technology and financial sanctions on Xi’s regime until it proves, through action, that it is stepping back from a cliff that drops into outright hostility.”
UK Defence Secretary Ben Wallace had been duped into speaking by phone by a prankster posing as the Ukrainian prime minister. Downing Street believes Russia is responsible for it.
Russia’s court in Moscow has banned Meta, also known as Facebook and Instagram, from operating in Russia.
“We condemn a Moscow court’s decision to designate Meta, including Facebook app and instagram, as “extremist.” This assault on access to information must stop,” said Ned Price of the State Department.
