Jeffrey Epstein's associate and confidant, Ghislaine Maxwell has been arrested in New Hampshire by the FBI.

At the moment, British socialite Ghislaine Maxwell is in federal custody and will appear at the court in New Hampshire sometime on Thursday. She is arrested on six counts of conspiring with Jeffrey Epstein to sexually abuse minors and two counts of perjury have been added to the list of charges.

The FBI is saying that Ghislaine perjured herself when she was asked about a scheme to recruit underage girls for sexual massages and she said: “I do not know what you are talking about.”

Victims of Epstein have been calling for the arrest of Maxwell since July last year and this coming August makes a one-year anniversary since Epstein killed himself in prison.

The Southern District of New York, which is prosecuting Maxwell’s case will hold a press conference at noon ET.
